My final year short film was inspired by real events that took place in the Anglo Boer war.
A period film is always a risk. The budget and research implications are large, and I am so proud of the time that helped me execute this vision.
The visual language felt like a true expression of my vision for my future work and it is something I would continually like to develop.
I believe this film has the potential to be further developed into a feature film.
